Described as “Norah Jones meets Sade for tea on their way to visiting The Beatles”, Carla Lynne Hall’s singing style fuses elements of rock, jazz, folk, and soul. She is classically and professionally trained in vocal performance, and has been performing for over 20 years.
Carla sings in a variety of styles, including pop, rock, jazz, classical, and Latin music. She has worked and toured with numerous musicians at venues including BB King's NYC, Webster Hall, Hammerstein Ballroom, The Bitter End, DC's Hard Rock Cafe and Chicago's House of Blues.
In musician circles, Carla is also known as "The DIY Diva", a musician and music industry consultant who writes and speaks for independent musicians on how to promote their own music.
